We're off to Hector's Deli in Richmond, the next stop in TimeOut magazine's list of Melbourne's best breakfasts. The deli specialises in sandwiches. What we have below is the toasted wagyu pastrami on sourdough with sauerkraut, pickles and a homemade relish. Sounds like good hangover food.
