The week ahead
Last week in economic data was dominated by the jobs market. This week it will be about the Reserve Bank, releasing minutes of its most recent policy meeting on Tuesday. On Thursday Governor Phillip Lowe will be taking part in an expert panel moderated by FINSIA.
Also look out for Westpac’s leading index and monthly retail sales on Wednesday. On Thursday Commonwealth Bank releases its Performance Manufacturing Index.
