Today is a public holiday for Buddha's Birthday in several Asian countries, including Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea. I'm playing fast and loose with the concept by offering a breakfast Buddha bowl. This one combines eggs, sausages, cauliflower rice, avocado, cucumber and greens. More info here.
