Here's one for fans of "Arrested Development": it's Cinco de Mayo! Today's celebration was one of the more baffling plotlines in the generally excellent comedy series. The event celebrates the Mexican defeat of a French army at the Battle of Puebla in 1862. It's a public holiday in Mexico. Events include parades and reenactments. Breakfast is Cinco de Mayo breakfast burritos.
