I look at all the economic signs that say we are up the creek for sometime and yet Wall Street suddenly believes that an effective vaccine will be cause to push the market up, up, up.

Should i be ignoring the blood flowing in the gutters? Should i be thinking that 20% unemployment is ok? What are the new metrics? I am always happy to learn
