BreakfastWe're in doughnut territory this morning, but these aren't for the sweet-toothed. The Thai Patongo is a deep-fried dough, crispy on the outside, soft in the middle. They are traditionally salty, rather than sweet. You can get around that by dipping them in sang kaya, a type of sweet custard.
