We're going full Turkish this morning. Kahvalti, to be precise. Traditionally, a full Turkish breakfast would include a range of Mediterranean treats. A good mix of flavours is considered important. Feta, Kasseri (a hard sheep's milk cheese), Lor (goat's cheese), olives, a bagel-type bread called Simit, pide, jams, molasses, hazelnut spreads, sucuk (spicy beef sausage), eggs and either coffee or Turkish black tea might feature.
