RWD - Exclusivity deed ends 30th November 5pm (tomorrow) after two extensions.

Entitlement issue will fund the ~$22 million purchase of the Beyondie Potash Plant ($400 million spent on it to date)- see ASX ann.

So those holding shares will have access to fund the Beyondie purchase as the principal holder Dr Michale Ruane owns more than 40% of the register.

Market Cap of $18 million.

Around 250 million shares on issue - so tight.

Incentives clearly line up for those shareholders before the date.
