Point is some calls are good - some are crap - if a chart was posted with the crap calls and you could read the chart you would not buy the call-

Hence why I put up charts for 'some' calls - If I think they have potential - not always -

The discussion I have with PP as to why he can't actually post the charts himself is a separate thing - not sure why he doesn't but it would be a shame not to post a chart for some of the stuff he mentions at that moment -

Kinda like reading - If you asked people why do they read a book - but you yourself can't read -
No one would ask a question like that - because it is a given that there is a lot of stuff of interest in books -
Most people can read so therefore it is expected and also respected......

Really it is almost the same thing - You keep on with this question and keep asking me to explain -

You ask how many charts it takes - It takes one for every thought and time frame - there are one minute charts that a lot on here use to trade with - so charts change and move every minute - they are moving as long as the market is open.

They can tell you when a stock is about to run fast - they can also warn you that someone is promoting an illiquid pile of rubbish that they have bought into and are trying to pump- they tell a lot of things -
It is not compulsory to learn but it is a definite advantage to have if you want to daytrade-

Now a question for you - why do people that can't read a chart and don't daytrade spend all their time on here asking in a borderline disrespectful manner why we need charts ?
