BreakfastToday is Spain's national day, a day to celebrate the Spanish legacy around the world. That includes some very good food. It's a bit early for much of it, but Pincho de Tortilla (Spanish potato omelet) makes a fine, hearty breakfast with lots of crusty bread and coffee.
