start looking at the
reason why you purchased the shares
Why did you sell
Why did you hold
What mind frame where you in at the time

the word Red for many humans is emotional
blood
loss
fast
etc
etc
losing

Just like the words winning

My Mindset is:
it is either a cost or income trade
