Our eccentric tour of the world's best breakfasts has reached Mexico, which gives you a fair idea what's on the plate. Chilaquiles is yet another one of Mexico's many ways of serving corn tortillas and salsa. It's a classic "leftovers" dish, using whatever remains of the previous night's dinner - shredded chicken, bacon or beans on tortillas, topped with salsa, eggs, cheese and cream. Anyone hungover?
