A quick bit of house-keeping before the thread starts to fill:
This weekend marks the end of Daylight Savings in the US. That means Wall Street will close an hour later from Monday - 8 am here on the east coast.
As in previous years, I'll wait for the US to close before opening the thread so we have final figures. I'll aim to get the report up as soon after 8 am as possible. (Mondays are an exception - I can post earlier.)
