    8CO looking to open for new high, tight register, Top 20 own 68% leaving just over 50m shares in free float. Have existing revenue, money in the bank and Federal Government customers. Compared to CRO, 8CO already has runs on the baord and the market is now taking notice. Similar products to EML (1.2B MC) so this will provide some opportunities.
