Heh just commenting on there history really
They have had a lot of capital raises in the past, so many that they they needed to have a major consolidation
last year 40-1 since then there have been at least 2 maybe three cap raises.
this company has burnt a lot of peoples money over time , maybe they have changed now.
does it hurt to be cautious
