Coffee and the 'Wallace' sandwich are two of the highlights at Adelaide's Exchange Specialty Coffee cafe. The sangas come with avo, roasted peppers, chipotle mayo, tomato, mojo verde and a choice of pancetta for the omnivores (the Wallace), halloumi for the vegos (the Walloumi) and mushrooms for the vegans (the Wegan).
