A new week, a new city. We're moving to Adelaide, one of my favourite foodie destinations back when travel was a thing people did. Our tour starts at My Grandma Ben, a cafe in Bowden with a focus on sustainability and zero waste. They do a lot of pickling, smoking and preserving. This dish is a house-smoked and pickled Coorong mullet on sourdough, with skordalia and fennel. That will waken the tastebuds.
