Late announcement yesterday afternoon  Seems "ARBITRATION IS ABOUT TO BE FINALISED WITH AN AWARD"

“The Tribunal [Arbitrator] has informed SIAC that we should expect the draft award shortly. We will continue to correspond with the Tribunal and update the Parties on the status of the draft award, as soon as we have further information.”

I have also attached what is proposed by management as a PAYOUT TO SHAREHOLDERS should ARBITRATION be successful & as you can see even at a minimum it is still a huge pay day for shareholders


NDF highest strike rate with 8 out of the 11 initiation reports issued from July 2016 to the end of last year, the base target set by NDF was hit. In one of those cases, all three targets were SMASHED

If the POH base case target is hit, that's a 250% return from current levels. Based on NDF hit rate, one could assume POH has a 72% chance of hitting that within 6-24 months & that's NOT FACTORING IN in ARBITRATION outcome

Suspect now Markets will be keeping POH on high watch for a while & will be providing multiple trades in anticipation imo
