Im only retail and participate in whatever IPOs I see fit through my brokers across quite a few different broking firms, plenty on hotcopper are the same.
Also don't know what you are talking about as far as secret commissions? Brokers get paid stamping fees (and clients don't pay brokerage) but they are disclosed. Costs me nothing to participate in IPOs that way...
