Seems that on the back of a depressed resource market and the expiry of options that there are many entering at these low levels. Not much of an investment required and huge upside. There isn't much depth up to .095 which sets this up for a rapid increase at any time. Option holders have obviously decided to hold at .004 at least pending anything this week despite attempts to drag them down to .003. Might as well at this time :)
