The Mary Street Bakery is something of a Perth institution with five outlets across the city. As the name suggests, baked goods are the main attraction - see picture one. However, their signature dish is an implausible-sounding fried chicken on buttermilk pancakes with peanuts, maple, chilli and a fried egg - picture two. Any takers?
