VADS- Class 4 really v C-Pulse Class 3, given their different safety profile, wearability, similar effectiveness who in their right mind would fill the VAD arm.

Standard medical treatment. You can get that anyway so why enter the trial. You'd enter the trial because standard medical treatment wasn't working and you wanted C-Pulse.

Stem Cells Not a proven technology,

Blind Trials.
C-Pulse is a pretty big thing, you obviously know when you've got it on
It affects your pulse
Less than a therapeutic dose can be and will be detected by patient.

My opinion only:-
to be really effective a treatment must
1)Repair the heart
2)Shut down the bodies emergency response (which over time damages the heart) (Note NEU is working on a similar concept for the brain.)
Does C-Pulse shut down the bodies emergency response?? Seems to me a good chance it would. What else would potentially do this as soon as it is injected/placed and allow for the heart to remodel over time?
