The one problematic side effect for Daybue is diaarhea. A small percentage of Retts girls are going of it, because of it.
It has been established that NNZ2591 has no such side effect (testing in humans to date) and that Jon Pilcher calls it "the superior drug".
Also - Acadia has rights to NNZ2591 for Retts and Fragile-X.
Once the phase 2 results are out - which imho will be positive - I believe that Acadia will start trials for NNZ2591 for Retts Syndrome.
