it's worth keeping in mind that the $21 / ml is the list price and after discounts, not taking the dosage every day, etc, Acadia have assumed an average of USD375k per annum, per patient.
if they get 2,500 patients, which is 50% of the currently known patients in the USA, then this implies a revenue base for Acadia of just under $1 billion a year.
I'm not selling a single share at the moment as I believe the upside from here is too big to ignore
