Daybue Rollout

Regarding Daybue recruitment.

I wonder how quickly the treatment can be rolled out to sufferers.

I have been unable to find any clear information as to how quickly an approved drug can reach market penetration.

The best I could find was a chart regarding some oncology drugs. See below.

I have done some coloured lines to mirror the trajectory of a few of the listed drugs and patient uptake. With a patient per week average uptake over a 52 week period.

I have started with a base 180 for the retts lines as that is roughly the trial number.

Acadia have their Connect team with 13 members. Judging from their photo.
How many patients can each of them guide through the process as an average per week?
I presume, from start to uptake for new patients, the process could take weeks or even months.

But some may be quite fast, if they are involved in the Retts support groups, previously been in trials, have strong awareness and proactive/informed doctors.

Based on the Cemiplimab drug uptake rate, the mirror line indicates 3000 Retts patients could be on Daybue in approx 12 months. At an average uptake of 57 patients per week.

Can anyone shed light on this aspect?
