I have joined quite a few Retts Facebook groups . The families from many other countries are demanding to know why the USA patients have access to the treatment, and they don't.
I don't think, ethically, they can delay ROW allocation decisions indefinitely under the justification of maximizing share holder wealth . It won't be popular for too long .
