7,as a significant shareholder has sat on the sidelines offering very little by way of substantive support to ENG as far as I am able to judge, and now there is a glimmer of hope that things are finally turning round for ENG, 7 wants to pick it up for the equivalent of pocket money.
70c is clearly intended to look generous compared to recent SP range of up to 40c, but what 7 mischeviously forgets is the 50:1 consolidation in Nov 09 when most of us had 50 times more shares than we have today with an SP range of 80~90c.
Its disgraceful and holder need to do something about it. Does anyone have any ideas?. Waiting for the AGM leaves no time for consolidated action.
