When I subscribed to the placement back in October 2009 and received over 1.1 million free MDS shares I was told at a presentation that it would float by March 2010.

I asked David Breeze in April, 2010 at another presentation when MDS will float. He stated that the prospectus is currently being prepared and that a float would be happening in the next quarter. I knew then at that presentation that he only told people what they wanted to hear.

I actually didn't lose any money by trading BPH on its couple of runs but did hold a free carried amount going into the drill. I knew I couldn't trust Breeze but I did think that all his wheeling and dealing did not mean there wasn't any gas in PEP 11. In fact there was a good chance there was. Thats the point though. It was a good chance, better chance than most, but it was not to be. If Breeze had struck gas he would have been a hero and everything he had said in the past would have been justified.
