Stinks all right. It reminds me of my horse punting days, when you have your money on your fancied horse, it is leading by a mile up the straight, then finds a new way to lose, eg, falls over, loses its rider, or whatever. This shemozzle is similar. We go through the Caldag fiasco and the mining permit stuff, stick with it for Acoje, go through the delayed BFS, almost have the winner now...the BFS is in sight for next month...but, you guessed it, there is another way to lose just as you think you are home.

I am with Fat Prophets, and they have recommended ENK all along - in fact, from RML days, and I think some of you fellow posters bought shares as RML for 20 or more cents, so following the merger with ENK, are now in loss by multiples. Anyway, I called Fat Prophets to get their take on it all. They said there will be something out next week to us poor suffering small investors. I hope they include some analysis of whether there is considered to be any chance of fighting this T/O (Does that T/O stand for Theft Outright or do I mean Take Over...or the same thing). I think the percentages of stocks held by the manipulators will be our problem in fighting it.
We shall see what FP say.
