    There is a market for the big boys and one for the smaller players. There are plenty of smaller steel mills who can't buy from the big three becuase they need minimum orders. BHP are not going to waste their time on a 2mill tonnes per year contract.

    These steel mills have to find smaller ore producers like AGO, MGX and IFE who are happy to deliver 1-3million tonnes per annum.
