How can it be capping with a stock that still has alot to prove with almost 1 billion shares on offer. Yeah right.
Its holders getting out after purchasing them at 10 cents and all the short term holders getting fustrated.
This is a puppy that has just got old. Now its time to move on. There has to be some substantial news to get this baby moving again.
