Will be an interesting period.
Director vote will be close - assume 2 seeking reelection and the new boy could get seats. Board goes to 7.
Back on the theme I've pushed for months,

• major shareholders are finally standing up. Look out Sexton.
• What about an Independent Chair
• bring CEO onto Board
• exit BPAM. Did the Independent Directors really recommend renewal?? If terminated, how would BFC have paid the "fee" if cash needed. Possibly in more free shares to Sexton & Gerlach.

Shareholders get off your arse and use your vote productively.
