Well your analysis of this is very much in Line with Hathorn and Bennet who feel this is the best project numbers wise they've ever seen. And remember they are not engineers ELM have had that they are numbers finance people. Remembering if Summit finalise there deal (and I don't see why not they've been accumulating the stock over the last 18 months) this is a consortium of companies that have good success and track record in Africa that will be agreeing to build/raise capital/take on debt in regards to this project.
