There is certainly nothing to like about this post/the late low...

There is certainly nothing to like about this post/the late low price seller.  500+ became 600+ shares at 16.5 cents on/around 4 pm today.  The low volume/low price sales equate to next to nil for the seller in terms of monetary value or gain from the actual trade.  
Obviously the seller may have/or has a different agenda and may not want to see the share price increase for whatever reason motivated them to sell such a small parcel today at a discounted price.  Many brokers would deem 600+ shares @ 16.5c an unmarketable value/parcel to trade.
