ELD Another tip from Small Cap Investigator. Buy up to 16c. That's why it bounced today. Not a great story tho. Has sold 50% of assets and issued 450% more shares. Very rough calc says SP equal to about 25c when it was at its high of 2.75 and times are very different now. 16c is prob true value.
