MEO is being bought/sold in parcels averaging just under $10,000. That sounds like educated money to me, so I doubt it will spike to 0.50 suddenly. More likely to be a slow grind back to 50c and beyond. Of course an announcement will help, but I feel the buyers already have that factored in.
I know one of the institutional buyers from last month. He told me that they planned to trade it immediately for a risk-free profit. He sympathised that Copiicat and I bought into it a few minutes before the capital raising announcement.
