Feedback from HTM (Heritage Gold) office is that the annoucement regarding the mining permit will be made sometime today. This should have been announced yesterday as it was made official on NZ crown minerals website at 2.00pm yesterday.

Like i said, this annoucement has not hit the market yet.

Not sure what will happen but i think a rise in price to 0.04 cents today is very possible. There are very few sellers from 0.03 up to 0.04.
There is currently a SPP at 0.028 cents that closes on 10th of December, no doubt when this news hits the market today the SPP will be over subscribed providing valuable money to the company for the future.
JV negotiations are in the process at present.
