Today's ann means nothing - they took tiny extracts from a detailed report that happened to contain some words that sound good.
If that report meant squat - it would of changed the p10 or p50 or p90.
I have researched the PEP11 project extensively and it is grossly overrated.
For one- PEP11 is the size of Texas and that 16Tcf is split into five TOTALLY SEPERATE structures.
For two- a P10's are useless - refer to p50's
