My opinion it is a negative reason being there 72mil
more shares on the market more liquidity yes dilution
effect into consideration, i feel that is reason holding
SP back does not mean SP will not run up when and if SP
does runup and strong very volume for a 2-3 days i would
get out please DYOR.
