Some people just have the knack to get under one’s skin and it is just human to feel infuriated and somehow have to give release to this frustration. The question is, is the degree of punishment fair to the offended party and maybe there is mitigating circumstances. Suggestion maybe for the party that wasn’t angling for any trouble but reacted in a frustrated manner that got them into trouble with the mods the severity of the penalty should be half of that of the other party.

The rationale for suggestion this is that IPod and Kevi (who just got suspended) share their experience, insight and opinions in an magnanimous manner with other traders who gratefully will express their sincere thanks or silently be happy they stumbled across the day trading thread as these two individuals add to the quality and integrity of this thread and in turn HC benefits from it.
