co-operarte transaction BUL,

you're aware of the opes prime shares, something like 30% of their registry?

That has been the dark cloud over BUL.

They as yet havent been dealt with, it could be a transaction with a party to take them at x price than sell them on market.

Of course, if a single party was to take them, then what goes from that, is that party now has over 19.99 percent, and a t/o unfolds.
