SeatBackForward, just because NEU equates their $14M grant to an amount per share ($0.09), doesn't necessarily mean they're giving it an asset backing. I can tell you that many boutique funds are trading well below their asset value(eg: WAA - valued around $1, trading at 0.77). This is because the market is still highly suspicious of asset values after the debacle with Babcock and Brown, ABC Learning, Macquarie Infrastructure, to name just a couple.
However, looking at the lovely graph of NEU from a few months ago, I'd say that 0.07 - 0.09 is achievable within the next 48 hours. AFter that, we can expect a pullback to 0.055 or thereabouts, followed by several weeks of flat trading before the next anouncements.
