I too didn't understand, but I understand one thing don't fight the market, go with the flow, so as soon as she VPG hit .086 three times today and couldn't bounce back up, (0.086 was the first low of the day, and she bounced back, then fell back, and bounce but couldn't break the previous high, and the final 0.86 was still the day's high, and couldn't bounce, I knew she was all over.) I hit the eject bottom at 0.087. Glad I did.
Market can change in a blink of an eye, so don't fight it, just go with the flow.
