Buckaneer - there's a truism regarding this problem:
If the issue is any good they won't offer it to you and if the issue is good you won't hear about it... and if they offer it to you, you won't want it.
I'm not sure how true this is and also that how is your relationship with your broker, so take this with a pinch (or two) of salt.
