YT don't be so hard on yourself mate. We don't have the power to stop high end manipulation. Obviously the directors were desperate to sell as proved today.
My fear is that is will now be in panic mode and go lower. Mmy holding is not huge but nevertheless I feel your pain and also feel hard done by!
