holding URL and CFU looking for some movement today.
looking at
HFA - chart looks primed to go with a small pull back before the next leg up. sup 15.5 and res at 16.5, a close above 17 would be a good confirmation.
ILF - trading within the chanels tested its res on friday but cam back strong at close looking to get in at anything above .060
