YT - re CXY. Too much vol to be without substance. Sometimes there is a long gap tho cos they can't just buy shares and have a big annc etc next day. Inside trading is illegal, at least technically. I held RMS for 6 weeks b4 they popped after seeing a few large orders go thru and same with MEE (CNX), the buying occurred mnths b4. Agree it is disappointing.
