One other indicator of improving financial markets is that Interest rates are declining. The TED spread is now at the lowest it has been since Aug 2007, a clear indication that financial markets are pricing in less risk in the financial sector and freeing up lending. The LIBOR OIS Spread is also at the lowest it has been since Feb 2008. This bodes well for the share price outlook of companies with looming debt rollovers. Could be a sector to target imo.
