    Wasn't watchig and sold ADY for 3.0!

    Taking a hit on GDNO for now so averaged down sub 2
    Also bought back GDN at 15.5 - bad mistake !!

    Sold NDO for 16 (in at 15.5)

    Panic selling caused GDN - no need to panic
