    CFU has a foot in the door. Having the Vic Govt as a buyer will allow easy penetration to other state governments. Must not get carried away though - needs follow up anns to turn this into comapny making news. As long as market stays relatively flat (as I assume it will early next week), the conditions could be nice for a run to 26c.
